How Amos Yee Broke the Law for inciting Racial Feelings and 'Harassment'
I'm going to spend longer in prison. Here are the reasons why. These are all the comments I made that got me new charges for saying things that caused 'harassment' and 'inciting racial feelings'. In addition to my already pending charges for escaping National Service. These new charges will make my prison sentence even longer.
So I can't make comments about my charges, whether I think they are just or unjust, stupid, unfair etc. Because that would violate my bail conditions and I would be immediately sent back to prison. But you guys can talk about it, so feel free to comment. I am just announcing what I'm being charged with. Not making any indirect comments at all. I'm a very obedient and law-abiding person.
So these are the links to all the blog posts I'm being charged for. Unfortunately, the police asked me to take the posts down, so the links don't work anymore, and now no one is able to see my blog posts anywhere with the links and see what I previously wrote. So sad, so sad.

I'm also charged for comments made in a video called 'Happy Hari Raya, Let's talk about Malay Discrimination'. All the posts I mentioned were made this year in 2026, however I was also charged for videos on pdfs I made in 2017 when I was in America. Those videos have been taken down because my youtube channel got taken down. I never reuploaded those videos again because some of the comments I made I thought was either misleading or false. But those videos were reuploaded by someone else in 2021 somewhere else in the internet. It's 2026 now and I'm charged for those videos.
I post all my blog posts on amosyee.org, and all my videos on my fstube account (that account is linked from my amosyee.org website in the 'All the Videos I've ever Made' section). Very sad that people can't find the Hari Raya video anywhere else and can't see my views on pdfs anywhere on any other related blog posts. So sad so sad.
So for the 4 new charges I have, 2 of them are for my views on pdfs (1 charge is for the videos I made in 2017. The other is for the blog post I wrote recently). They got me under POHA, the protection against harassment act. My views were apparently so disturbing to some people, someone filed a police report on it, and they considered my words 'harassment'. And so I was charged. To break the law for this, as long as you say something that causes people 'alarm', you have broken the law. The punishment for these charges isn't too much, just a fine that can be converted to about a week or so of a prison sentence each.
The other 2 charges is under the Sedition act for 'threatening racial harmony' (1 charge is for the 2 blog posts. The other is for the Hari Raya video). I made comments like how the Chinese majority in singapore were discriminating against Malay people, that Malays still have less work and education opportunities in Singapore even if they are as smart and as hardworking as Chinese people. I'd say more but I don't wanna 'incite racial tensions' again and have my bail revoked. These sedition charges are pretty serious, each offence could carry several months of prison each. It's very serious and threatening to say Chinese people are mistreating Malay people because that could cause like riots or whatever.
So do you think these charges are fair? It's illegal for me to comment about that now, but it's still legal for you to comment (I think). It's like my 8th time getting arrested, so it's really just business as usual.
