Amos is in immigration jail & applying for CAT
Amos has been in US immigration jail in Indiana since 22 Nov 2025.
Amos is filing an application for CAT (Convention Against Torture). If approved, he can stay in America or get sent to a third country. If denied, he will be deported back to Singapore.
He will submit the application on his next court date on 12 Feb 2026. 2-4 weeks from then, he will get the judges' decisions.
Amos does not have a lawyer, so he is filing it himself.
