Whether Amos can get deported to another country

Hi, I am Amos Yee’s friend. Amos is currently detained by the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) in America.
Amos was granted political asylum in USA because he was tortured in Singapore for criticising the government. But now he faces deportation because he committed a crime by exchanging nude photos with a 14-year-old girl and served 3 years in an American prison.
